The Neva-1 (Russian: Нева-1) is the earliest vintage manual single-bed domestic knitting machine in the Neva family, manufactured by the Karl Marx Leningrad Machine-Building Association.[1]
Featuring 200 latch needles and a 5mm pitch, it requires manual yarn feeding and carriage manipulation for basic flat stockinette and textured hand-manipulated patterns.
