The Brother KRC-840 (also known as the KnitKing RCC Auto in North America) is a 4-color double-bed color changer designed specifically for standard-gauge Brother and KnitKing knitting machines. It is used in conjunction with a ribber attachment to facilitate multi-color patterns such as Double Bed Jacquard (DBJ) or striped ribbing.

• 4-Color Capacity: Allows the knitter to thread and manage up to four yarn colors simultaneously without manual rethreading.
• Manual Selector Buttons: Features mechanical buttons on the unit to select which color yarn should be exchanged when the carriage trips the changer on the right-hand side of the machine.
