The Silver Reed SK-890 (also branded as Studio 890 or Singer 890) is an electronic bulky gauge knitting machine manufactured by Silver Reed. It features 110 heavy-duty steel latch needles spaced 9.0 mm apart, designed for thick chunky, bulky, and worsted yarns.[1]

- External Control: Operates without a built-in console. Solenoids inside the carriage must connect to a PC via an external interface box to load stitch patterns.
- Unlimited Pattern Width: Supports custom patterns across the entire 110-needle bed frame without repeats when controlled via PC.
- Stitch Styles: Supports electronic tuck, slip, fair-isle, and weaving.
