The Cymbal Home Knitter is a British vintage circular sock machine (CSM) manufactured by Cymbal Ltd. in London, England during the early-to-mid 20th century.[1]
Design & Construction[edit]
The Cymbal Home Knitter features a heavy cast-iron body with precision-machined cam shell tracks and ribber dial supports. Like standard historical CSMs, it is designed for manual hand-crank operation to produce ribbed or plain hosiery.
