Community Code of Conduct The Machine Knitting Wiki is dedicated to providing a collaborative, welcoming, and harassment-free community for knitters, makers, and enthusiasts of all skill levels.

Our Standards

We are committed to making participation in our project and community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of skill level, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.

Positive Behaviors

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:

• Using welcoming and inclusive language.
• Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences.
• Gracefully accepting constructive criticism.
• Focusing on what is best for the community.
• Showing empathy and kindness towards other community members.

Unacceptable Behaviors

Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:

• The use of sexualized language or imagery.
• Personal or political attacks, insults, and harassment.
• Public or private harassment.
• Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission.
• Spam, promotional advertising, or vandalism.

Enforcement & Reporting

Administrators are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior. They will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behavior.
