The Brother KH-310 is an early vintage standard-gauge domestic knitting machine manufactured by Brother in Japan. Released in the late 1950s as a successor to the KH-300, it refined the carriage gliders and latch needle tracking of the early manual flatbed series.
Features[edit]
- Completely Manual: Lacks any automatic selection keys, punchcard readers, or electronics. Stitches are formed by manually pushing needles into position before passing the carriage.
- Needle Bed: Standard 200 steel latch needles spaced at a 4.5mm pitch.
- Compact Case: Built into a metal base with a carrying lid, designed for home portability.
