The Taitexma TH-160 is a metal-bed mid gauge manual knitting machine manufactured by Taitexma.[1] It is a modern, brand-new clone of the discontinued Brother KH-160 mid-gauge machine.[2]
Features & Capabilities[edit]
- Gauge: 7.0 mm needle pitch (Mid Gauge).
- Needle Bed: Sturdy metal bed frame containing 160 latch needles.
- Patterning: Lacks punchcard or electronic patterning. Stitch pattern selection is performed manually using hand-manipulation or double-sided selector combs (e.g. 1x1, 2x1).
- Compatibility: Because it is built using Brother designs, its needles, sinker plate, and carriage design are highly compatible with the original Brother KH-160.
